VISION:

To educate the students to face the challenges pertaining to commerce and management studies by maintaining continuous spirit on recent trends, decision making and accounts based knowledge. To develop highly competent graduate to manage the global challenges in accounting and business with latest technologies to suit the needs of the industry and society.

MISSION:

• To provide quality commercial knowledge and entrepreneurial skills with updated curriculum, faculty development and the high-tech infrastructural facilities.
• To impart the knowledge based skills to the students on parity with industrial needs.
• To prepare the students to learn beyond the syllabus and text.
• To train students through periodical seminars, workshops and industrial visits.
• To motivate students to pursue higher education through competitive examinations.
• To create centre of excellence in the emerging areas of commerce and management.
• To give a broad education to the students on recent areas through group discussions and business quiz.

The department of commerce was emerged in the history of USP from the year 2020. At present we have 211 young blooming stars, those who are in the wings of seven faculties, highly qualified, well experienced and committed faculty who can set very good academic standards and valuable thoughts. Apart from providing educational background to the students the department promotes moral values and strives for the qualities improvement of students. Our college library consists of more than 10505 volumes of reference books, which are very useful for juvenile, budding business pupil.

It consists of interdisciplinary branches such as Accountancy, Business Administration, Banking, Insurance, Business Statistics, Business laws & Taxation laws, Investment Management, Marketing strategy, Human Resource Management and basic computer skills. To fulfill the above vision, Our USP Womens Arts college.
